Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Goat Cheese, smoked bacon wrapped chicken

Here’s an alternative to the Chicken Cordon Blu recipe, This treat is fried up on the stove first and uses less bacon. In this case, he puts the bacon wrapped chicken with goat cheese in the oven, but this would be a wonderful time to pop them into your smoker instead. We’d recommend putting them in around 225 degrees for 45 minutes or less. You don’t want to dry out the chicken. Also, the bacon is already started so you won’t have to worry about getting the bacon done.

You can change up the stuffing and use things like cream cheese instead.

This is a simple recipe but looks absolutely delicious! Let us know what you think!
