Boston Butt Pulled Pork on a Char-Griller Smoker

Nothing like Boston Butts for tasty smoked pulled pork. He’s using hickory wood and apple juice for the mop. It looks like this smoker is holding its heat well.

Every time he opens the smoker I wish I was there – to share! How long do you add wood to the smoker – just at the beginning, or throughout the whole cook?
