Step 4 – Grill the Salmon

Grill the salmon over direct heat until the fattest part of the salmon fillet reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. You may have to tent some aluminum foil around the tail area to keep that section from over cooking. Brush the salmon with more of the bourbon maple glaze during the grilling time.

We added cauliflower and broccoli mixed with olive oil and dusted with salt and pepper to a grill vegetable basket to add to our meal.
