Are You Ready For Some Finger Lickin’ Good Smoked Ribs?
It’s usually hard to find someone that is not ready to sink their teeth into a fresh rack of smoked pork ribs. Just image the flavor of the BBQ sauce and the complex yet subtle aroma from the mixture of woods used for the smoking.
Did the smoker use apple wood, or maybe mesquite wood? Were they made with a pellet smoker, a vertical smoker or a traditional offset smoker?
How about the BBQ sauce itself. Can you taste smoked paprika? Did they use any hot habanero or jalapeno peppers? Is the sauce tomato or mustard based?
All of these thoughts and more come to mind when we see a rack of smoked ribs. In the end though, most simply care that they are finger lickin’ good.
