If you’re looking for a complete recipe for a smoked stuffed turkey, this video covers it. This guy walks through all of the steps except the actual brine mixture itself. It takes him a while to get it out of the brine but it would probably take us a while too for a 22 lb. bird.
We really like the Maveric wireless thermometer he’s using. It makes it really easy for him to know when the stuffed turkey is actually done and he doesn’t have to open the smoker and let out the heat to find out.
