It’s really hard on the basic Brinkmann Smoke N’ Grill to maintain consistent temperatures. Unlike the Weber, it has no vents that can be adjusted at the top and bottom of the grill. The only access for air is around the bottom edges of the charcoal pan. The result is that the “air vent” is always open and it burns through a lot of charcoal and is hard to maintain consistent temperatures.
The guy in this video is trying to solve this problem by converting his Brinkmann from charcoal to propane. After you watch it comment on how you could help accomplish this goal.
Please comment on ways that you can think of that will help this guy convert his Brinkmann charcoal smoker to a propane smoker (without just buying a new smoker :)).
