BBQ Baby Back Ribs, BBQ Ribs, Brinkmann Smoker Tips, Smoked Pork Ribs, Smoked Pork Spare Ribs

Here’s a great idea, smoke pork spare ribs on one smoker and smoked baby back ribs on another at the same time! Jeff is using a Brinkmann Gourmet Electric smoker for his smoked baby back ribs and his charcoal smoker with the smoked pork spare ribs.

I like his idea about cutting off the flap of meat on the back of the spare ribs and smoking it on the side for a in process snack.

  1. When smokin gribs in a regular smoker for five hours, do you continue to add wood as you go, or do you please the wood on the charcoak and just let it sit?
