Combining Lambrusco Wine and Blueberry Syrup
Who would have thought that a combination of wine and blueberry syrup would make a good basting solution for smoked ribs.
One of our members sent in these images of his Lambrusco Wine and Blueberry Syrup Smoked Ribs. We don’t even know how to describe these other than “those must have been really tasty!”
Here’s what the ribs looked like at the end of the smoke. The meat is pulled back slightly on the bone and they look like they are ready to eat.
Notice how the juices from the meat and the basting solution have all come together to make a fantastic looking meal.
