Grilled, marinated beef rib eye steaks! Sounds great doesn’t it? Beef rib eye by itself tastes great when it’s grilled but when you add a marinade to it you might think you’ve died and gone to heaven!
Marinades can be made from many different ingredients. One of the more popular ones uses Worcestershire sauce. It’s really easy too. Just put the steaks in a zip-lock back. Add Worcestershire sauce – Lee & Perrins works well – so that the steaks are covered and let them sit for 1 – 2 hours. Then, let them rest on the counter until they get to room temperature and put them on a hot grill.
Here’s what one of our group’s recipe turned out like. When will you be grilling some beef rib eye steaks?
