Smoked Pork, Smoked Pork Shoulder

You can use your grill to smoke meat too. Here’s how to smoke a pork roast on your grill.

The dry rub consists of some unique additions:

  • Ground Red Pepper
  • Ground Chili Pepper
  • Ground Fennel Seed
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • A Couple Pinches of Cumin
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Brown Sugar
  • Salt

You’ll have to mix them to your own taste as the cook doesn’t give the quantities.

Tell us what you think. What’s your favorite rub? Do you use a dry rub alone or with some liquid to keep the meat moist?

Pass this around to get other opinions too!
