The dry rub consists of some unique additions:
- Ground Red Pepper
- Ground Chili Pepper
- Ground Fennel Seed
- Ground Black Pepper
- A Couple Pinches of Cumin
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Brown Sugar
- Salt
You’ll have to mix them to your own taste as the cook doesn’t give the quantities.
