  1. Recipe for the best ribs:
    1. get baby back ribs
    2. apply rub- salt, pepper, gailrc, cayanne, onion salt, etc. (be liberal with rub)
    3. rap in tin foil
    4. bake at 250 degrees for two hours in oven
    5. take ribs out of tin foil and place on CHARCOAL grill.
6 apply barbecue sauce and flip, apply bbq sauce and flip, Constantly flip
    7. grill for 5-10 minutes.
    8. EAT THE BEST RIBS U EVER HAD

    1. Personally as trained panressioofl chef I would not inject anything into the meat. If you are smoking meats generally you want the flavor of the smoke and your rub to come through. I think adding too many flavors by injecting will interfere with your final product.
