You don’t have to wait for Thanksgiving to put together this succulent Pecan rubbed and Pecan wood smoked turkey. This guy looked like he had fun smoking this and making the video.

pretty basic deal there. i might have added a few beers for the cook and assistant and a brine pre soak for the bird…but hey it’s all good.
