They are loading chicken wings and sausage rolls (fatties) for their test. The temperatures seem to be a bit messed up on both smokers. Even identical digital thermometers are off by a couple of degrees.

They’ll discuss the results near the end of the video. One other aspect that they didn’t mention was that only the Weber is American made (for those that want to buy American only).
